I have had a love for the silent beauty that kayaking and canoeing provide since a young age. The serenity of being on a pristine lake or slow moving river inspired me in ways I could never imagine. The beauty of nature and the surrounding quiet was calming yet invigorating in the same instant. |

In 2005, my family, friends and I undertook the challenge of paddling all the state of Utah has to offer. Travelling over 10,000 miles, I visited every corner of the state. All of this is documented in my book "Canoeing and Kayaking Utah." |
